Ya! You guessed it right from the picture itself it’s my birthday today, one of the best things that could have happened to me in this pandemic situation. And guess what? Today, I planned to lunch with my best friend Kartik. We are hardcore non-veg lovers, although we get to eat very rarely. So we decided to go to Barbeque Nation, which according to me is the best place to have a live barbeque feast.

We are served with some delicious starters, that include chicken tikka, prawns, and chicken wings, and their main course, and even after that if you are left with some empty stomach the deserts will do the rest for you. Also, the staff was very humble and sweet

but right after that just like any other restaurant they asked us "Sir did you like the food" and as an honest and responsible customer, I said yeah! everything was great but "The bakery items need some improvement (especially brownie)" that's the point where the misery begins for me and at the same time for the restaurant also.

To save themselves from any kind of negative reviews they try to convince us by serving the same food (brownie) with vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce, which makes it more horrible for me to digest and I was already filled to the neck but still, they did everything to satisfy me, which of course implied that they don't want me to give any negative reviews. Later on, I have to convince them that it's okay you can't be perfect in everything but please don't force the customer to eat something just because of the insecurity that you have towards bad reviews, except it and try to improve it - "daag to chand me bhi hote hain magar uski roshni ko nasarandaag nahi kiya ja sakta".

At last, we had Pan Kulfi I have waiting for this for the past 4 months and it made my day.

And I just want to say thank you "BARBEQUE NATION" for this wonderful experience that I had today.
